Cancellation and Exchange
1.1 Once an order is placed through our website, you can cancel or modify your order by sending us an email.
1.2 Once an order is packed, it cannot be canceled or modified; instead, the order must be returned to us in accordance with paragraph 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Spain, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, canceling is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and return them to us. Of course, you can still notify us in advance of your revocation. To ensure a prompt return shipment, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation. An early refund is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods have not been received.
1.3 Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are activated immediately after shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund before receipt of the goods is only possible up to 24 hours after ordering.

Returns and Refunds
2.1 Our return policy is part of these terms and conditions on which you may access and use our website.
2.2 If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can send an email informing us of the product to be returned and return the product to us. The return period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party specified by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
2.3 Shipping costs and return costs must be covered and paid by the customer.
2.4 The product must be received by us in order to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon arrival.
2.5 You ensure that the Product is sent back to us in the same condition as you received it and properly packaged. The product must be unused, the product labels must not be tampered with, and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept the product for return. If a product is returned to us in damaged condition, we reserve the right not to accept the product for return.
2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order.
2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email authorizing your return. A refund will be processed shortly via the payment method used for the order after we have sent you a notification that your return has been approved. There are no costs associated with storing the product.
2.8 The cancellation is completed when we have received the physical goods.

This informs us in advance about the return shipment and allows the received goods to be clearly assigned to the correct order. Only in this way can we guarantee a quick refund.
