All Key Shipping Information at a Glance:

Processing and Production Time for Shipping: Please note that it takes 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and produced at the time of shipping.

Tracking Number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after processing and production are completed. It takes approximately 1-3 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page.
Additional Shipping Information During the COVID-19 Pandemic
We are fortunate to have solid partnerships with our partners in China, which has greatly helped us maintain our operations as best as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic (coronavirus). Since February 2020, we have been working hard to keep up with the changing delivery situation worldwide and are working with all available resources to make changes where possible to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
- Shipping Time: All products take between 5 and 12 business days from the time of shipping. Shipping is free and conducted via DHL and similar shipping service providers.
Unfortunately, despite our efforts, delays may occur at times due to the pandemic, which are beyond our control:
Before Goods Are Shipped:

Various areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or service interruptions (including ours here in Spain), so packages may be delayed for a certain period by the relevant carrier in the shipping country (in the worst case, 2-5 extra business days above normal processing time).

Lockdowns may result in the delivery of production-critical materials for your products being suspended for a certain period (in the worst case, 2-5 extra business days on top of normal processing time).

We in Spain may ourselves be affected by renewed business restrictions due to lockdowns; staff reductions or temporary closures cannot be ruled out (no exact prediction possible).

After Goods Are Delivered:

Various areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or business closures. Therefore, packages that have already been shipped may remain with the respective delivery company for some time (in the worst case, 2-5 extra business days on top of normal shipping time).

Due to the sharp increase in online ordering volume and reduced staffing, customs and import stations where you may need to pay import duties are also subject to a higher burden than usual, leading to longer processing of your imports (in the worst case, 2-5 extra business days on top of normal shipping time).

Lockdowns may result in personal delivery to your doorstep no longer being allowed due to contagion risk. Packages are then increasingly being deposited at your local parcel station and will remain there until you pick them up or until delivery is permitted again (no exact prediction possible).

Availability of cargo space and routes by airlines will slowly return to pre-pandemic levels (in the worst case, 2-5 extra business days above normal shipping time).
